A: This portal facilitates the updating of members details in compliance with the nationwide
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Q: What if I did not receive the email OTP or SMS OTP?
A: For email OTP, please ensure the email address entered is correct. The email might be under
Junk folder. For SMS OTP, please ensure that the mobile number entered is correct.
Q: My email address and/or mobile number appears to have been verified by another member.
How do I rectify this?
Q: I do not have an email address and/or mobile number.
A: As these would be the modes of login for our Member Portal and Mobile App, we highly
recommend that you create an email account and/or register for a mobile number for easy access.
For children below 14 years old, mobile number is non-mandatory.
